- 1 cup jasmine rice washed
- 1¼ cups cold water
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ¾ tsp sea salt
Turn on Cook Mode
Add all ingredients to the Instant Pot and stir to combine. Place the lid on the Instant Pot and ensure the valve is set to "seal".

Use the Pressure Cook function on High for 3 minutes. It will take about 10 minutes to come to pressure.
Once the time is up, release the pressure with a Quick Release according to the manufacturer's directions
Fluff the rice and serve.
