Ingredients

  • 1 cup jasmine rice washed
  • cups cold water
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ¾ tsp sea salt
Turn on Cook Mode

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to the Instant Pot and stir to combine. Place the lid on the Instant Pot and ensure the valve is set to "seal".

  • Use the Pressure Cook function on High for 3 minutes. It will take about 10 minutes to come to pressure.
  • Once the time is up, release the pressure with a Quick Release according to the manufacturer's directions
  • Fluff the rice and serve.
