Ingredients

  • 14 oz shredded coleslaw mix
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley optional
  • ¼ cup mild olive oil
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp paprika

  • Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and toss well.
