- 14 oz shredded coleslaw mix
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley optional
- ¼ cup mild olive oil
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp paprika

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and toss well.
